When I arrived after a long drive, the room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, it smelled terrible with heavy, muggy air. Despite that, the room looked nice, even though it seemed like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed too often. The service was terrific, and all the staff were nice and professional, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy, including moving us to another room. The location was very convenient to I90, and the hotel had fresh coffee and a computer available. As for the dining experience, it was okay, but nothing was hot unless you used the toaster. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
